Ellen S. Mingus, R.D., L.D.

Ellen Mingus received her bachelor of science degree in health and human services with a major in nutrition and dietetics from Ohio University, and completed a three year pre-planned externship program which was 
American Dietetic Association 
affiliated and approved.

Her work experience has included  
food production manager for ARAMark Services, clinical dietitian at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, and Marietta Memorial Hospital. She has worked with both the Joint Commission On Accreditation Of Healthcare Organizations and the American Osteopathic Association.

 MEMBERSHIPS:  American Dietetic Association, Mid-Ohio Valley Dietetic Association, Consulting Dietitians in Healthcare Facilities, and the American Diabetes Association. 
 

Ellen Mingus is registered through the Commission of Dietetic Registration and licensed by the Ohio Board of Dietetics.
