Nutrition Consulting Services of Southeastern Ohio
is challenged to serve all clients in the promotion of optimal nutrition status, utilizing all entities of medical nutritional therapy. We are advocates of the dietetics profession, serving the public through the promotion of sound nutrition, health and well-being.

Ellen Mingus and Associates
A team of registered, licensed dietitians, and registered dietetic technicians are all members of the American Dietetic Association: Your Link To Nutrition and Health.
Hospital Services
We provide extensive nutrition consulting to patients, physicians and employees.  (Vacation relief assistance also is available.)  Our educational services can be one-on-one or in the classroom.  We regularly work with patients who are on inpatient units, and continue to consult with them on an 
outpatient basis.  Tailoring our services to meet your needs is a basic part of our nutritional consulting.

Working with nutrition service departments, we can help create a variety of enjoyable menus for both patients, employees and visitors.  We provide food service  quality assurance standards.

Long Term Care

We provide a multi-discipline approach of nutrition services to meet the special needs of Long Term Care facilities. We can create the wide diversification of nutrition demands required by residents. Our services meet the challenging guidelines in Medicare/ Medicaid systems.
Community Services
Our services to patients can be through such health care organizations as: Home Health services, Passport, hospice, weight loss clinics, mental health and substance abuse programs. 

Schools, Colleges, etc.

We provide consultation for food services and can plan menus and nutrient analysis. In addition, we can present educational sessions for professionals and/ or students.
We are knowledgeable on child nutrition issues.

Education

We can provide speakers for seminars, conferences and short meetings. Our presentation will include the latest food and nutrition research and practice 
information.
